Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE DURING HOT WEATHER WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MELTED PRODUCTS DURING TRANSIT!

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your item has arrived damaged or there is an issue please do contact us via our email (info@sweetsandsour.co.uk) and we will be able to investigate. If you are eligible for a refund, this will be confirmed for you via an email and processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Any issues regarding an order such as damaged items must be reported to us within one working day of receiving the order. If this time period has passed, this will invalidate any claims or damages for compensation.

Sweets and Sour cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries as a result of incorrect address, incomplete address or unclear address information. Shipping information is inputted automatically with every order.

Please note that Sweets and Sour do NOT accept any cancellations. Once an order has been placed, the order will be made and shipped to the delivery address provided. Before ordering, please ensure that you are aware of this.

In the unlikely event of an order needing to be cancelled, reason depending, we will implement a 15% cancellation fee to cover the website fees for this.
